What counts as a site?
A physical location: a store, restaurant, building, or property. Equipment count doesn't matter. A site with three rooftop units and a site with thirty both cost $15.
Why isn't it per user?
Because the value is per building. Everyone who needs to report, approve, or look up a repair should be able to, without you rationing seats.
Why don't contractors pay?
Because charging them makes them ignore the platform, and then it stops working for you. Your contractors get the job on their phone, free, forever.
What's in the free location?
Everything. It's not a trial tier; it's one full site, free, so you can run real work orders through it before you add the rest.
