You've got a job from a FluxOps customer
FluxOps is the work order system your customer uses. The link you received is the job. There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to pay.
What's in the link?
The site address, the unit, a plain description of the problem, the not-to-exceed amount, and buttons to accept, give an ETA, mark arrival, and close out.
Why don't I need an account?
Because the link is the job. It's tied to this one work order and this one customer, it expires when the job is done, and your customer can see everything you do with it. If you'd like a login to see all your jobs in one place, you can create one later, free. It's optional.
What does the customer see?
Your updates as you make them: accepted, ETA, on site, done, plus your photos and quote. That's how they approve invoices faster.
What if the amount isn't enough?
Send a quote from the close-out screen. The customer approves it with one tap and you're notified.
Is this legitimate?
Look at the address bar. FluxOps job links always come from fluxops.app. If you're unsure, call your customer.
Questions
Does FluxOps charge me a fee?
No. Never. Your customer pays for FluxOps; you never do.
Will FluxOps sell me leads?
No. FluxOps is not a marketplace. You only get jobs from customers who already chose you.
Can I use it for my other customers?
Not unless they use FluxOps. It's their tool, not a contractor platform.
