FluxOps is work order software for commercial and light industrial buildings. It turns an equipment problem, whether someone reports it or a building system detects it, into a plain-language work order, gets one-tap approval, sends the job straight to the contractor's phone (no app, no account, no fees), tracks it to close-out, and confirms the fix. Every piece of equipment keeps its full service history.
Why does FluxOps exist?
Because the founder spent years deploying energy management and building automation systems for restaurant, convenience store, and retail chains, and watched the same thing happen at every one: the system found the problem, and then the problem went into an inbox. FluxOps is the part that was always missing.

FluxOps is a product of DM42 Digital LLC, based in Chandler, Arizona.
