Works with the building systems you have, or none
FluxOps accepts problems from three places: a connected building system, alarm emails and texts your equipment already sends, and people on site. You can start with the last one today and connect the others when you're ready.
Which building systems connect to FluxOps?
Elite Energy Management and eViewIoT connect today. Any energy management (EMS), building automation (BAS), or fault detection (FDD) system can connect through FluxOps' published, versioned fault-event format. If your vendor has an API or can send alarm emails, it can feed FluxOps.
What if my equipment only sends alarm emails or texts?
Point them at FluxOps. Each customer gets a dedicated inbound address, senders are allow-listed, and FluxOps reads the alarm, matches it to the unit, and writes the work order. The original message is kept with the work order.
What if I have no building system at all?
Then FluxOps is a work order platform your team runs from their phones. Report a problem, pick the site and unit, and the same approval, dispatch, and close-out flow runs. Fix confirmation is done by a person instead of by the equipment.
What does a connected system add?
Two things. Problems appear in FluxOps the moment the system detects them, with the plain-language description already written. And when the system sees the fault clear, FluxOps confirms the fix without anyone tapping anything.
For building-system vendors.
FluxOps is the orchestration layer between your platform and the contractor. You keep detection; FluxOps handles approval, dispatch, close-out, and verification, and sends the labeled outcome back. The fault-event schema is published and versioned.
Questions
Does FluxOps replace my EMS or BAS?
No. It sits after it. Your system detects; FluxOps dispatches and confirms.
Can I bring my equipment list over from my current system?
Bulk import from connected systems is planned. Today, equipment is added per unit, by hand.
Is there a cost to connect a system?
No. Integrations are included in the per-site price.
